You do not need to be under a Google Workspace reseller agreement to have a migration project completed with us, nor to receive Google Analytics, AdWords, or Google Cloud services.
In most cases, there is no downtime. You can continue operating as usual until the migration is complete. Once the migration is complete, we can select a “go live” date and time. Before that date, we will perform a delta migration to transfer any data changes that occurred between the completion of the full migration and the “go live” date.
The only scenario in which downtime will occur is when we migrate a domain from one Google Workspace account to another. In that case, the email system will be down briefly while we defederate the domain from one Google Workspace instance to another. We can coordinate this to occur outside of business hours to limit the impact of the downtime.

Yes, multiple inboxes can be migrated to a new destination inbox. The caveat is that they must be done one at a time. However, multiple one-to-one migrations can run simultaneously. Once one source inbox finishes processing, we proceed to the next one. This process does not disrupt the other migrations that are running.
The cost varies depending on your organization’s migration scenario. The cleaner the source of the migrating data, the lower the price. If manual migrations are required, the price will reflect the additional time needed to complete them.

Whenever you perform a migration, there is never a 100% guarantee that everything will be migrated successfully. However, the tools we use can guarantee that 99.98% of the data will be moved. This is because some emails, files, or data may be deemed to be corrupt or too large. Before going live, we can review accounts and flag high-priority data. If something is missing, there are other manual options to bring it over.
